Kind words

“Dia guided the breathwork with such skill and grace. She creates a space with so much permission that we felt safe to let go, in the knowing we had agency over our experience.”

Dia’s workshop was immense. Her breathwork session was deep yet soft, and I really felt held and safe. Dia created a beautiful container that let you go deep but also allowed you to feel grounded. She gives you roots to go where you wanted, and I honestly felt so supported. Can’t wait for the next one!”

“Dia, your breathwork session was outstanding. You have the ability to hold huge emotions and be present to the individual. Thank you for facilitating such profound shifts.”

Dia leads with compassion, care, and intuition. I felt safe and held, able to dive deep into breathwork and feel the transformative effects of the practice.”
Elizabeth Cocoann Galis

“Having done lots of breathwork, I appreciated Dia’s nurturing and informative approach to explain and quell any concerns. The group container felt safe and inviting, allowing for individual exploration in a beautiful and gentle way, less activating than a lot of breathwork.” Tawnya

“Such a powerful session. Beautiful flow and dynamic energy. Dia, you are so skilled at holding space. You bring such ancient knowledge into your practice. ”

Sovereignty & Healing

You are the healer - I am a witness
As a space holder, and am passionate about trusting the body's intelligence. I believe the body is the most advanced 'piece of technology' that we will ever weild. All of my guidance is an invitation, where you are in full control of how deep to dive into your experience.

I believe that we all already have all the answers to the questions that burn within; my work consists of co-creating a 'clearing in the dense forest of your life', so that you can remember what you already know and have always known.

Breath practice

I've completed the Level 5 Healer Training, in a style of breath called Pranayama Yoga, developed by David Elliott. The breath is set to beautiful, and supportive music. In my experience, I would describe it as a gentle breath comparable to Conscious Connected Breath (CCB).

It's a gentle, loving and powerful three-part breath that invites you into an active meditation, bringing about relaxation, rest, heart expansion and access to your own deep wisdom.

Dana - fka 'Price'

Fearlessly generous service

I operate on the principle of Dana, the Buddhist tradition of generous giving.

This means you are invited to offer an exchange of value that feels right for you. Whether you need this time as a gift or can pay just £8, please feel invited to contribute what feels good for you.

As a benchmark, I'd offer £88 as a guide - and if you have an abundance financially £111.

Location

Zoom or in person (my studio space is in London E3 - Mile End)

My journey with the breath

I'm someone who struggled to meditate and be still and present for years.

Whenever I tried, I would be overwhelmed by my mind - finding it to be a loud and chaotic place. The more I tried to be with it, I found my pulse rising in anxiety.

Breathwork felt different to me, because it felt more like a ride I could get on.

I found I had to make an initial effort with the breathing pattern, and then my body, nervous system and soul took over and did the rest. Carrying me into the world within my heart - bringing me to peacefulness, stillness and deep rest. And at other times showing me the depths of the invisible world of my consciousness.

There are worlds of wordless beauty, colour, texture, emotion, visions, and memories long buried in my tissue, my soma. It is a place to hear the whispered messages from some place beyond language.

In breathwork I've experienced moments that have been for me; that brought me into wholeness, taught me wisdom and left me altered by feelings of profound love.
