Systems Change Facilitator | Climate Change Expert | Regenerative Designer

Executive-Level Consultant | Speaker & Writer in Active Inquiry

I’m Nadia Arceo-Schweimler — a facilitator and systems thinker with over a decade of experience in sustainability, climate change, and organizational transformation. My work lives at the intersection of systems change and both modern and ancient wisdom — from regenerative leadership and psychology to earth-based and indigenous traditions.

I help people, teams, and organizations navigate change with depth, care, and creativity.

Whether I’m facilitating strategy workshops, co-designing cultural interventions, or guiding regenerative leadership development, my focus is always on integrating inner and outer transformation — not just shifting systems, but the stories and states of being that shape them.

Alongside my consulting and facilitation work, I’m engaged in an evolving practice of research, writing, and public speaking. I’m drawn to questions like:

  • What does it mean to lead from wholeness in times of uncertainty?
  • How can we reimagine our relationship to consumption and control?
  • What does it take to decondition from systems that fragment us — gently, practically, with awareness?

I believe in the power of stories — not as tools of persuasion, but as vessels for connection, insight, and change. Through talks, essays, and recorded reflections, I share what I’m learning in this active inquiry: about regeneration, interdependence, leadership, and the courage it takes to show up differently.
